Ellenabeich overlooks the Isle of Easdale from Seil Island.  Slate has been traditionally extracted from both Seil Island and neighbouring islands, providing them with the nickname of "The Slate Islands".  The quarries are now disused and this photograph looks from Ellenabeich harbour across the tiny West Highland village.
