This photograph looks across the white sands of Morar towards the islands of Rhum and Eigg, lying in the Sound of Sleat to the south of the Isle of Skye.  A short distance to the east lies Loch Morar, 180 fathoms deep and reputed to be the home of Scotland's other "monster", which is said to appear before the death of a member of the Clan MacDonald.
