The Coigach Mountains lie in the northwest corner of Ross-Shire, and are perhaps the most beautiful in Scotland. This evening photograph was taken from the northern shore of Loch Lurgainn, just below Stac Pollaidh, in fading evening light on the edge of an Atlantic depression.
