Culross, Fife - the Tron

Culross - the Tron

16th-17th Century Scottish architecture is best represented by Culross.  Crow-stepped gables, red pantiled roofs and marriage plaques abound in this remarkable little town, sitting astride Torry Bay on the Firth of Forth.  Local associations include St. Serf and St. Kentigern.  The Tron, photographed here, is the absolute town centre.
