This summit is in fact Stob Dearg, one of four peaks comprising Buachaille Etive Mor (The Great Shepherd of Etive).  It presents its spectacular frontage at the point where Rannoch Moor descends into Glencoe, and is perhaps one of the most photographed mountains in Scotland.
