The Borders town of Melrose has strong associations with the novelist and poet Sir Walter Scott, who is buried in nearby Dryburgh Abbey.  The town lies near the River Tweed, and this photograph shows the Eildon Hills rising impressively behind.  The heart of King Robert the Bruce is said to be buried in Melrose Abbey.
